Txoko Ona Booth @ Jaialdi 2010

We worked the Txoko Ona food booth on

Thursday night of Jaialdi, July 29th.

It was a long night, but lots of fun!

Grandma Dee had a great time visiting with

Mark Johnson and Dee Sarton from Channel 7.

Matt & Heidi took on cooking the croquetas.

Amaia did everything from wrapping chorizos to selling.

Soph was a trooper and sold all night!

And Teo, well he was lazy and did nothing but eat.

Doug cooked chorizos and manned the friers.

I was a rover. I put together solomo and lamb sandwiches

and sold. Gabby Girl was a rover too.

She worked her tail off all night. Tori too!

Muma was designated chorizo girl

and kept the warmer filled!



Miss Bossy Pants (no, not me) sold and kept things stocked.
